Marble Worktops for Kitchens and Bathrooms
Marble has been used for thousands of years in marble kitchen worktops, baths, and cloakrooms, and historically it was used by the Greeks and Romans as a symbol of wealth and royalty which is still noted today. No matter if your kitchen or bathroom is classic or contemporary, adding a marble worktop will certainly turn heads.
This stone worktop provides a soft, shiny, smooth worktop surface making it suitable for pastry chefs and bakers as well as for general preparation of food. Our marble worktops come in a large variety of natural colours and each piece is different due to the veining within the stone, which means you get a unique marble worktop for your home.

Taking Care Of Your Marble Worktop
Not only can Marble worktops look extremely similar to Granite, but marble work surfaces are also easy to care for and is extremely hygienic, due to its non-porous nature, meaning bacteria is unable to breed on the surfaces of the countertops. Compared to Granite, marble has a high resistance to abrasive materials such as lemon juice, vinegar, red wine, and cooking oil, this is because Granite is half-porous.
When it comes to cleaning marble kitchen worktops, they require very little maintenance. In fact, it is probably the easiest worktop material to keep clean. By simply wiping the quartz countertop with a damp cloth and using another soft cloth to dry will do the job.
